Transport Data Solutions’ database outlines planned financial events and an operating forum in advance; and then automatically reconciles to pre-planned financial events, in “real-time”. From the minute an aircraft lands, until it takes off again, the software captures the costs associated with that aircraft, whether the customer is an airport, airline, or service provider. This minimizes manpower and the time to reconcile the massive amount of paperwork generated for airports, airlines and aviation based service providers.

Eliminates the requirement to query invoices because a pre-approved plan of events is established prior to operation along with an “operational plan” which can also double as a purchase order. The information is shared across various departments. After the flight has departed, the TDS database system will automatically update the various departments with any additional charges, deletions, delays, operational issues or discrepancies, then issue a purchase order, pending review by management. An automatic reconciliation of the additional charges, if any, can be transferred into most accounting software systems such as, Peachtree, Great Plains, etc., eliminating the need for double entry accounting.
Dispute resolution capabilities. The TDS database system flags the extra charge as it occurs, “real time reconciling”. There is no need to wait 14 to 120 days to review the charges when most people have forgotten what occurred, instead, imagine immediate resolution to any billing issues. That translates into more money in your pocket. Staff can now move on to the next project and not waste valuable time dealing with the 10% billing errors that occur more frequently than we know.
